TEMS RECO may provide or facilitate access to solar and energy-related products and services.
Where financing, instalment payment, Buy-Now-Pay-Later ("BNPL") or other credit arrangements are offered or facilitated through the Website, the financing arrangement may be provided by Kredi Microfinance Bank Limited ("Kredi") or another authorised financing partner.
TEMS RECO and the financing provider may be separate contracting parties.
Any financing arrangement shall be governed by the applicable financing agreement and the terms issued by the relevant financing provider.
Nothing on this Website alone constitutes a promise by TEMS RECO or any financing partner to approve financing.

A specific customer transaction will be governed by the applicable quotation, order, service agreement, installation agreement, financing agreement or other contractual document.
Where a customer applies for products, services or financing, the customer must provide accurate and complete information.
TEMS RECO and/or its financing partner may require additional documentation to assess eligibility, including information relating to the customer's identity, location, property, energy requirements, payment capacity or other relevant matters.
Providing false, incomplete or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension or cancellation of an application, subject to applicable law.
Any indication of system size, expected output, savings, performance or energy requirements provided through the Website is indicative unless expressly confirmed following an appropriate technical assessment.

Submitting an enquiry or application through the Website does not automatically create a contract.
A binding transaction shall arise only when TEMS RECO accepts the customer's order/application and the relevant contractual requirements have been satisfied.

Where Kredi is the financing provider, the customer should carefully review the applicable TEMS RECO–Kredi customer financing/BNPL documentation before entering into the transaction.
Nothing in these Website Terms constitutes independent financial advice or a guarantee of financing approval.
Where payments are made through the Website or a linked payment platform, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
TEMS RECO shall not ordinarily have access to full payment-card credentials where those credentials are processed directly by a third-party payment provider.
Applicable payment, refund and transaction terms shall be communicated to customers before or during the relevant transaction.
Where TEMS RECO provides installation services, installation shall be subject to the applicable installation agreement and technical requirements.
The customer must provide reasonable access to the relevant premises and cooperate with site assessments and installation requirements.
Additional works required because of site conditions may be subject to additional charges where disclosed and agreed in accordance with the applicable contract.
Equipment supplied by TEMS RECO may be subject to manufacturer warranties and/or warranties provided by TEMS RECO.
The applicable warranty period, exclusions and claims procedure shall be contained in the relevant warranty documentation or customer agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory statutory warranty or consumer right.

Any dispute relating to use of the Website should first be referred to TEMS RECO for amicable resolution.
Where the dispute concerns a specific product, installation, financing or BNPL transaction, the dispute-resolution provisions of the applicable customer agreement shall apply.
Nothing prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right to approach a competent regulatory authority or tribunal.
If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
